FINES AND COURT COSTS:
The amount of fine the court assesses is determined by the facts and circumstances of the case. The maximum fine for most municipal court traffic violations is $200 plus court cost; misdemeanor state law violations --$500 plus court costs; for certain city ordinance violations --$2,000 plus court costs; and for other city ordinance violations --$500 plus court costs.
Per Chapter 51 of the Texas Government Code, the Court is required to collect a $25 fee on each conviction for which "time to pay" is granted. If any part of the total amount of fines, fees, and court costs is paid on or after the 31st day, that time payment fee will be assessed per state statute.
If a warrant is issued, the fine may increase, and an additional $80 fee is also assessed.
Payments
You must understand that payment in full of any fine by mail or online at
www.trafficpayment.com constitutes an admission of guilt and will result in the entry of a conviction against you. Any such convictions will be reported to the Texas Department of Public Safety or to the state from which your driver's license has been issued.
Juveniles and minors cannot pay their citations by mail or online. All Juveniles are required to appear in open court accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All Minors are also required to appear in open court with a parent or legal guardian.

The online process is very easy and takes just a couple of
steps. Using the service requires having your citation in hand and
completing the required information such as the driver’s license number,
the citation number, and the amount of the fine. The fine amounts are
listed on this site or call the Court at 817-441-7107 to confirm fine
amounts, warrant amounts and other costs. The next step requires
completing contact information such as address, telephone number and
email address in order to receive a receipt and confirmation number. The

the payment.
The court is notified as soon as the payment is made.
TrafficPayment.com recommends printing a copy of the receipt and keeping
it in the glove compartment of the car to have proof of payment.
TrafficPayment.com has been serving Courts in Texas and
Oklahoma for over eight years. Located in Plano Texas the company was
developed by a college student who received citations while traveling to
school from Midland to Lubbock. He wanted to pay his tickets online but
no service was available. Now he is serving college students and many
others who prefer the ease of paying on the Internet rather than going
to the Court.
